Prof Dr Asad Zaman DG IIE-IIU: He observed that certain fraudulent journals were publishing poor quality research on payment received from the researcher. He supported primary education in the mother tongue. He proposed that educational institutions should take advantage of the radical change induced by massive open on-line courses that have now become available.
